Sorry for being so inconsistent. I'm human as well and we all face struggles,. Butut knowing that everything is possible with God, it's so relieving. You may not believe or follow Christ, but He loves every single one of you . This isn't to force anyone into Christianity, but to inform those who are in need of Him and for those who feel like they don't know who they are and may feel lost. God bless everyone who reads this!

When I worked out and lost 7 lbs in 7 days from 176 to 169 lb was how crazy I went then I just kept going 20 lbs in 1 month another 17 lbs in another month then bulking now I’m back at 157 with more muscle less fat

I'm 30 got no friends, no gf, and still live at home due to very bad financial choises. Been going from one job to the next one the past 9 years and finally got a job now where I feel decent. Last 9 years were hell, I got fat from stress, gave in to lust and hated myself. Now with my current job I made myself accept it and I feel less stress and even started working out toghether with my brother and I'm changing myself, I've had enough of being the old me. Turned more to Christ and gave myself some rules to follow, pray daily, workout 6 days a week (split), count calories, be thankfull for every day etc... Still not completly out off hell but crawling my way out slowly.

I need this I definitely feel that I am alone in this world. My parents wouldn't give me the time of day most of my childhood and adult years. My friends just ghosted me after high school, family are very distant from me barely even talk to me. Whenever I try to do something and tell it to my parents or family they say “okay sure” like they don’t believe it and it destroys me makes me feel unsure, after years of this I’m unsure of myself, so I find it difficult to be disciplined and confident.

I understand man. I’m in that position as well with trying to become more disciplined and I came from the same situation as you. Feeling left out and not having the right role models in my life. I love you enough to tell you that Jesus is always here for us brother. I found so much peace in Him and it’s the best decision I’ve made my entire life. I’m still in high school and I struggle a lot as well. My mental hasn’t been where I want it to be and my relationship with God has been pretty rough. I know that putting my faith in Christ will lead me to the light because He is the light and life. Not here to force anything onto you, but to share my experience as someone who was raised in an abusive household mentally and physically. Raised up in a environment where violence and drugs are everywhere. Lots of trauma, stress, fear, anxiety, doubt, hatred, and much more that built up until I gave my life to Christ. It’s on you to make that decision to follow Him or not. I would love for you to because it’ll bring you what you’ve been searching for and you’ll feel more relieved. I love you brother but Jesus loves you more 🤞🏽 God bless fam 🙏🏽

It's literally just having realistic goals and not giving up. Just baby step by baby step, and always getting back on the horse, no matter what. Doesn't matter if it takes you 10 days or 10 years, and I mean that. Even if it takes you literal decades, if you know you're on the right path for you, you just keep going and it will pay off.

Im 12. I play baseball, I was on the cross country team for my school. I also play football. I broke my hand playing baseball and needed a cast. I couldn't work out or exercise. As soon as I got my cast off I worked out so hard my arms cramped up every second. Did 150 calf raises plus some other excersizes. I could feel blood warming up my muscles. It feels great.

here if anybody is wondering why they aren't confident is because you don't have confidence on yourself,to get that confidence you need to take a damm responsibility and that responsibility should also be bearable and to find that if that is bearable, do that activity so much that you just fell to the ground and then set the bar a little lower and gradually improve,and while achieving these great things you would become confident, here is the clip where goggins say the exam same thing 6:03-6:11

Admist of all the worst dark bitter phases of life, i relay on one single hope. But, even when everything gets against what you hoped, your heart shatters to pieces,your mind starts doubting yourself, questions arise and occupy yourself. I have worked so much over the years but i have never stepped out with a satisfying face. I dont why i surround myself with marks and grades but there is nothing that can make me happy these days. I lost the hope and the self love. When does the deserved one get appreciated ? When will the god see me ?

Hey man, I feel you bc I’ve been there before and I’m going through it a little right now. I don’t know if you’re a believer of Christ or if you’re willing to give your life to Him. Ik what it feels like to lose yourself and feeling lost. When I felt that way, I accepted God into my heart. I was in a dark place going through problems whether it was in my environment or in my mind. I cried out to the Lord and just talked to Him. I asked for help and to just show His-self to me. He showed His-self to me and giving my life to Him was the best thing I could do. 1 Peter 5:7 - Cast your anxiety for He cares about you Matthew 11:28-29 - ”“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.“ Matthew 6:34 - ”Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.“ If you don’t want to accept Christ into your heart, that’s on you. I’m not forcing it on you, but all I can say is if He helped me through a lot, He’ll help you as well. He died for you and took your sins away as He suffered on the cross. He loves you so much and your hope should be in Christ. I don’t wanna force this onto you, I’m just spreading the good news because I love you as well fam. Even if I don’t know you. I love you and Jesus does too. Think about it. Think about if you should accept Christ or not. I would love you to and I hope you do bc He’ll carry your burdens. Not many motivational channels do this so I’m willing to speak to those in need bc I know how it feels to feel lost. God bless you fam. Life will get better soon 🤞🏽
