Just Like Mom makes it !! Healthy doesn't have to taste like carboard or make you feel like your are missing out on the indulgence of a 'normal' banana bread.
Give this a try even if you just try without sugar or the gluten free option.
You can swap out the Gluten free flour for normal cake flour, you can also use normal sugar as well and you will still get and INSANE Banana Bread.
Prep Time 20 Minutes
Cook Time 45 Minutes - 170 C for 30 Min then 175 for 15 on the bottom and top element setting.
Recipe
WET
1 Cup Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Butter or 1/2 Cup
1 Tbls Vanilla Essence
1-2 Tbls Milk
1 Tbls Peanut Butter (Optional)
3-4 Mashed Blackish Banana
3/4 Cup Honey/ Agave Syrup or Erythritol Sugar
DISCLAMIER - Honey is Vegan to me because it is a by-product of the Bee.
And I am Not Vegan By the Way.
DRY
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbls Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Gluten free Flour
1 Tsp Baking Power
1 Tsp Baking Soda
EXTRAS
Coconut flakes
Nuts
Raisins
Cranberries
Chocolate Chips
