I was mostly looking for measurements as I’ve made other types of popsicles before, but I like that you mentioned a finer sugar substitute, the reason for the lemon juice and the fact that the berries are lower in sugar than for example, juice or other fruits. And that you showed that they are kid approved! (And I appreciated the visual edition of the fruits and the mint, and mentioning the mint could be mixed in with the fruits. Love herbs, mixed with fruit in popsicles.!)

Have you ever tried to remove the strawberry 🍓 stem by sticking a straw in the bottom of the berry and pushing it up through the strawberry? It's easy and fun too plus less waste!
