I just made it today, oh its so delicious..I made half of the recipe because 1 recipe is too much for me, and because I dont like sweet cookies, I only put 60 gr each of sugar. This will be my favourite recipe ever..

I was excited to try these today…I was disappointed as I like a flatter lacier type cookie vs. puffy…they looked flatter on KZfaq? If I make them again, perhaps I would add a bit more liquid…IE: could add more honey- 2-3 more T & do a test cookie 1st. I love watching you tho…so organized, to the point, & very clear instructions 👏

I had an issue. They taste amazing but they barely spread. Do I need to wait after taking out of fridge? I didn’t wait, shaped and baked them. Or do I need to flatten them instead of a ball? I followed the recipe exactly.

I've always wondered how cookies always are so soft and chewy from Great American Cookie company at the mall. I need to make these! Is it because of the melted butter?

Can you use finely chopped walnuts intead of peanuts?

Curiously, why equal parts baking soda and baking powder. I've read that there is a ratio of one to the other so it doesn't result in a soapy taste. I think it was like 3 parts baking powder to one part baking soda. I could be wrong.

7:25 Saran Wrap doesn't like me either. Instead of trying to fix it, I just get another piece of plastic wrap. What you should do is get one of those restaurant-size rolls with the slide cutter, bring the food/plate/bowl next to it, pull the plastic over the bowl/plate/food, cut the amount you want to use, and voila, you don't have to struggle with the plastic wrap. I sometimes forget to do that, but when I don't, it makes covering things with plastic wrap so much easier. Well, I'm off to make these cookies. Thanks for the recipe! You're my go-to when looking for baking recipes. And to anyone who still has doubts about your recipes, I can guarantee that your recipes are tried and true, and delicious. ✌🤩🤤🍪
