Hi Sam! All I can say is WOW🤩-these cookies were FANTASTIC! I made my own brown sugar by mixing 2 tablespoons of Molasses with Organic Cane Sugar until it was combined and added a pinch of Nutmeg and Cinnamon to the dough once mixed. My family (hubby) included gobbled them up! I’m making another batch today lol 😂! Thanks so much for a simple, yet delicious recipe! 💕

recently started to make some gluten free bake goods because of a friend, but it is also for other non-gluten free people, so there cannot be compromise in flavor, that is why i only look for it in your recipes, because you never disappoint! I only wish there are more of flourless or an actual great gluten free recipe as a good substitute, i want them to be good and it happens to be gluten free, and not just pretty good for gluten free choice. I appreciate the comments about cutting the sugar in half but I wonder if that would affect the consistency of the cookie. Hopefully not. But I tried that when making fudge recently , and the fudge was too soft despite the fact that I was careful to let it boil for the proper amount of time. I’m excited to try this recipe!

First attempt at these and used all soft brown sugar plus added a little coconut oil. I was worried that they were not cooked so left in oven longer but won’t do this next and follow the instructions as they do harden once cooled:)
