Almost all series operate by "another world" laws of physics. Throwing DC into Japanese-style swords and sorcery isekai seems like you're trying to make an ideal cocktail.

What the hell was that? Didn't recognize any memberrs of the Suicide Squad except maybe for two and I'm not even sure about Harley Quinn because she looked like a literal schoolgirl.

The one guy with the Moonwalker vibe is Clayface! When you're a performer and a shapeshifter, why not? Blondie is Rick "Why Do You Make Me Babysit These Psychos?" Flagg, and the one with such fun with guns is Deadshot. As for Harley, between the nature of anime, body paint, and the various means to be rejuvenated (and go even crazier) I have no problem believing the former Dr. Quinzel (I'm pretty sure she's lost her medical credentials by now) looking like a schoolgirl.
