Suing His Super Mom

2 жыл бұрын

The plaintiff brings his mother to court. He says his mom raised him and his seven siblings well, while his father was an alcoholic. He claims the defendant got a car and registered it in his name without his permission, and she got tickets and his license got suspended. He’s suing for emotional distress and the cost of getting a boot removed. The defendant admits she put the car in her son’s name but says she did it with her son’s permission.

The Plaintiff is a very sweet kinda shy young man. I want to know why his Mom got a car in her son's name to rack up tickets in? Honestly she DGAF about the ramifications that were going to her son. He actually was wronged in a few ways and betrayed. _She should admit her wrong doing. Even if she asked, that doesn't exonerate her negligence and wrongdoing. Selfish. And she owes him a sincere apology so she can reflect after they regain trust and relationship._ *So, so proud of him, especially as a native Chicago Chicagoan myself.*
