They intentionally sabotaged each other to the detriment of their clients, and their employer. Lying to make a lawyer miss a court appearance? Stealing a colleague's files just to spite someone and put her client at higher risk to lose the case just because of revenge? Small, petty despicable people that should be fired on the spot.

Louis represents 97% of all teachers (school, university) that I ever had. Having such a high opinion of himself and nothing to back it up results in harming people around you for no reason. Furthermore, wasting time and resourses proving something to others slows down the chase for your own objective, which Louis is also a shining example of. I don't believe there's anything relatable about him. He's a rusted gear in a gearbox that should be replaced ASAP, nothing more. First, stop caring what anyone thinks of you, then interact with other people.
