Wash With Water
1 Cup Suji/Semolina
1 Cup Curd
Mix Well
Soaked Poha
Pour In Blender
Soaked Suji-Curd
½ Cup Water
Blend
Potato Filling:
2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
1 Green Chilli
½ Tsp Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Salt
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Blended Suji/Poha
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
½ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Eno/Fruit Salt
1 Tsp Water
Mix Well
Grease Oil in Steel Bowl
Pour Batter
Potato Filling
Cover Well
Boil Some Water
Steam For 15-20 Min.
