2 cup fine Rava/suji/semolina or 340 gms
1 cup of water, approx 220 ml
Milk powder - 4 tbsp or 40 gms
2 tbsp sugar powder (optional, you can skip it, if you want to make it sugar free)
1 tsp hari ilaychi/green cardamom powder
4 tbsp/40 gms ghee or butter or refined oil
1/2 tbsp/9 gms Active dry yeast
