60 gram or 1/3 cup ghee/clarified butter
1/2 cup sugar or as per taste
1 cup, 120 gram maida/all purpose flour
1 cup nariyal chura/kopra powder/desiccated coconut
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
1/4 tsp salt / Namak
1-2 tbsp milk or as required
1 tsp hari ilaychi/green cardamom powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Wonderful recipe! I tried it today, I would like to tell you that I baked the cookies in microwave convection mode. It took hardly 10 minutes. Anyways the cookies came out to be really tasty. Keep sharing such more recipes. 👍👌🌹😍
