Sir if u can guide me with one thing ,I will be grateful to u..I have back pain since from last 4 month and the therapist told me u have listing pain on ur left back and I can’t find anything from Internet for exercise.My hips are not even.I am regularly doing my exercise but still no good Result.So plz help me how to do it to make my hips equal..

Hello sir I am vikas i was selected for BSF Sub Inspector, as a timing of joining I was found that i had a Scoloisis of 22 degree in may before that i dont have pain in that area but after knowing that i have been in great pain. I consulted with a spine doctor then I got to know that i have vitamin D deficiency and that was 10 IU out of 100. I took 20 days medicine of 60000IU per day medicine after checking my vitamin D it was 16 IU after 25 days then my doctor consulted me i should take vitamin D injection and i took 3 shorts of per injections of 6lakhs IU on 7 oct 14 oct and 22 oct after that my pain was not as much as that before but is now i have so what to do with this so I have one question mujhe kitna time rukna padega injection ke asar ke liye?
