Yes, I very much appreciate this summary. Because I wanted to know the gist of this author's method, and could never find it by skipping around in his audiiobook or talks. In general I find authors add a lot of unnecessary words to their books - do the publishers tell them to? - and make it hard to understand or implement. More than once I've been sold on an author's theory, or willing to try it, but the wordiness made it too confusing and time- consuming to follow. The summary is therefore very helpful.
