We took the summer off and went to Florida!
We were lucky enough to book the trip when the Disney food and wine festival was running, so were able to try some of the limited edition menu items.
This was my original accountability space for a challenge I set myself to build muscle in time for my 50th birthday, and all the lessons and tips I learnt along the way.
Well I'm now 50 and things (naively) took way longer than I thought they would, so my journey of FUN, FOOD & FITNESS continues!! I'm still learning along the way, so jump in and join me. My goal for 50 has passed so I'm striving to make myself a more resilient human as I get older. Training for longevity
