► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ Begin with Rep Challenge
✔️ 2 Giant Sets (4 exercises per set)
✔️Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
✔️Repeat Each Giant Set x3 Sets
✔️3 Minute Burnout Ladder To Finish

1️⃣ GIANT SET ONE:
1️. Eccentric Squats
2. 2 Back Rows + Clean + 2 Split Lunges
3. Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster
4. Lateral Lunge + Front Raise
2️⃣ GIANT SET TWO:
1️. Squat to Alternating Clean + Alternating Thruster
2. 2 Bicep Curls + 2 Curtsy Lunges
3. Lunge Swing + Single Arm Shoulder Press R/L
4. Sumo Deadlift + Back Row + 2 Lateral Squats
