I've been binge watching these videos and so far this is my favorite video. The guy is actually realistic and logical- not stuck up in some fantasy. The fact that he's from my city is just a plus.

The way this is filmed is considered art as well in my opinion. It has a clear imagery and balances the contrasts of the tags from the walls in a good way.

Ojae explains what graffiti is doing to him is probably the best description. Natural high, it's just on another playing field. Maybe goes person to person but for me I just zone "out". It's like stepping out and letting someone else drive for a hot minute even if I'm completely focused on not getting caught or whatever the fuck im doing. Very relateable atleast.

I am not a graffiti writer but I do agree with him when he says your letters should be legible so that it's etched inside people's minds. I see so many tags and I have to really look at that shit for a while to figure out what it says and even if I do I forget about it. Anyway true story there was one writer in NYC I wont say his name " it was 3 letters" that was literally up everywhere. I was always fascinated how clean his style was and how he would be up everywhere throughout NYC. One day I am at work and I see a little marker tag with those same 3 letters and I am like oh shit this dude works here? A year later I am talking with some kid I used to work with and we started talking about graffiti and I told him about that writer and how he is up everywhere and that I actually seen a little marker tag at work. The kid replies oh that was me that's my dad, I was like oh shit lol.
