Have kids when YOU are ready. I had my son when I was 35 which can be considered old but I was ready and am so happy with my decision.

Getting married and having kids it's not a duty to society .. The only duty you have is to yourself, to know selflove, to know who you are and what makes you happy then you will be a strong woman, a happy person even when you are alone you will not care about others people opinion and you will find a person with whom you can multiple that love and happiness and give them to your child.. I just turned 60. I will say that after watching all these videos and creating a better morning and evening routine, and using a better sunscreen, I look better now than I did at 35. I am truly not exaggerating. I grew up in San Diego and have been in the sun far too much. However at 60, I feel great; I hike, bike, ski, snowshoe, kayak, and have a fantastic attitude. I feel 35-40. I have learned the top three things in looking and feeling young: Get at least 3-5 miles of walking (or other outdoor activity) in EVERY day. It helps to you keep in shape and is essential to your mental health. The second is to be mindful of what you eat. Really focus on getting plenty of green vegetables and stay away from saturated fats and anything made from white flour and/or sugar (bread, pasta, cake, etc.); but get plenty of good fats, like avocado and nuts. Don’t be afraid of healthy fat, it helps with brain function and makes you feel satiated. Get your BMI checked and don’t eat more than your BMI. It changes as you age, too, which is why we get more unhealthy as we age. The third is to get a great morning and evening skin care routine. It can be expensive depending on the type of problems you have with your skin, but it is far more expensive correcting problems (wrinkles, melasma, etc.) than it is to prevent them. Don’t forget taking care of your arms, chest, neck and hands, too. All my friends my age have creepy skin on the arms, dead giveaway. Use sunscreen!! Ok. Adding a fourth. Another dead giveaway to age is hair and eyebrows. Take good care of your hair, use product if you use a hair dryer. Your hair dryer dries and damages your hair. Don’t over pluck your brows! I actually cheated and had Microblading done, and it was the best money I ever spent. I actually wake up looking pretty decent and don’t wear as much make up as I use to.

As a 30 year old who isn't going to have children, do what is best for YOU! You're a priority and just remember you don't live your life for anyone else but you. Care about what you care about and if there's an issue in other people's minds about you, that's their issue, not yours

​@@SeskaLee vichy have a line for menopausal women it is called Normaderm phytosolution And post menopausal if you go on their websites u will see the different lines I use their Gel anti- acne 0.5 % sometime it seems good not dry not sure about their other products.. But I think Dr. Dray have a video or videos about post menopausal and menopausal women..

I just finished having 10 kids in 12 years, so I hear you about the pregnancy skin struggles! I don’t have a complete answer for you (and I’m not a derm), but what I found made a big difference for me was a sunscreen that contained niacinamide and cool compresses when I got cystic acne. Mine always swell up and are painful, so the cold helps a lot with the inflammation! The sunscreen was seriously a game changer for me, though, my skin apparently hates the sun. We're actually planning for 2 under 2 because all the women in my mom's side of the family go through extremely early menopause (between 35 and 40 yrs old) and my biological clock is running out. I've always been prone to cystic acne and just before getting pregnant I had finally gotten my skin to look so good that ironically people asked if I was pregnant because of how much it glowed. Then the pregnancy hormones kicked in and my skin freaked out and my cystic acne came back with a vengeance. I got the acne back under control now that I'm breastfeeding but my skin changed and now I'm more combination with dry cheeks rather than being oily everywhere like before. I'm on the hunt for a good sunscreen that I actually like using. I just placed an order with Yesstyle to try a couple of the Korean sunscreens. Hopefully I can find one that I actually like using because that's one of the few things I do know about anti-aging regardless of retinoid use, is that sunscreen is key 🗝️

@@Andrea-tf1le for sunscreen I really liked the Megashade from Zitsticka (but, being Canadian, found the shipping and customs to be a hassle). I’m currently using Avène SPF 50 for sensitive skin and it’s working well! Both are lightweight chemical/physical mix sunscreens that hydrate, I find the Avène to be less oily looking. Both work well under makeup. Hopefully you find something that works for you soon!

I am going through the SAME right now, and i have lost interest in everything, i dont feel like working, or getting out or doing anything, and my vitamins dont seem to be working, i feel so down all the time because of the amount of hair ive been shedding

@@kiaramehta7385 I understand how you feel! It did stop after about 9 months and my hair came back. Pick up a couple fun wigs. That's what I did and it helped a little.

Yes I looked it up as well because I am looking for 1 product with all of those Ingredients as well but the $$$ had me stumped for the OZ I will continue in search of a dupe 😂 But I recently got this Madelic 5% skin prep by Wishtrend it is also good just doesn't have the other shebang and it is more like a toner also Paula choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant it a SA is 👍 I am using one maybe 2 time a week for a month before I introduced the other then I used the other in the same fashion then if they both agree with my skin.. I am planning on using one no more than 2 days one week then the other 2 days the other week or maybe once depending on what other chemical exfoliant I plan to use in the week .
