Watermelon Refresher Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and deseeded
- 1 cup cold water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Blend the Watermelon: Place the watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.

1. Prepare the Cucumbers: Peel and chop the cucumbers into small pieces. This helps in blending them smoothly.
2. **Blend**: In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, lime juice, Balck salt,amla,black pepper powder,ginger,mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves,soaked chia seeds,ice cubes, and water. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more water to reach your desired consistency.
3. Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother slush, you can strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
4. Serve: Pour the slush into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
