Another awesome video Trent. Your film making and content are getting so much better. And yes definitely thanks for letting us know how you and Fen are. I had to live in my truck over the summer several years ago. It was horrible. I definitely struggled to stay cool. One thing I did was wet my hair before I laid down and also wrapped a small wet towel around my neck. It helped especially if you have a fan. You can also put water on Fens head and feet. Also if you have access to ice you can put it in a bowl in front of the fan it'll blow air over the ice and make it cooler. Then you can use the melted ice for Fens water bowl so you don't waste that water. Safe stay and cool. Give Fen a big hug for me.

Today in Texas was 109 heat index. Temp was actually 103!

Sleep with a wet sheet. Really helps.

I recently moved into my SUV with my dog, and it’s getting to be some hot days. I looked up “stealth car camping in the summer” and your video came up. I was expecting some miracle cure for the heat, and what I got was you being brutally honest about the fact that it’s just hot. There’s really nothing you can do about it other than just have the right mindset. As you seem to have. As an up-and-coming van life KZfaqr myself, I just want to say I love how you’re coming along with your video editing. You’re a lot further ahead than I am, I just started a few months ago, but I aspire to do the kind of work you’re doing.

From South Africa... Cold, is not exactly a big deal here... Heat however...... What I do is use a cheap spray bottle with a fine mist spray, and spray face / neck / chest / and if alone them fiddly bits downstairs, and that helps a he'll of a lot

Good for you doing the thing! If you need a good fan that won't kill power try the Geek Aire rechargeable fan, it's almost $100 but oh my it is a game changer! Not an ad, I just have a tin can van, live in a hot state, and have a bulldog who can't be hot ever. Nice video!

A cooling throw blanket feels chilled. It draws heat from the body. A damp top sheet with a fan eill cool a body. 🎉

always good to see you thanks for posting the video... I would like to have a roof fan for my minivan but I would probably go with one of those 6-in vent line fans... I do have the boundless breeze 12 volt fan it works really good it only takes 20 watts on low 37 Watts on high also I have the 20 quart compressor fridge I can put a couple water bottles in there and get them cold and sleep with a couple cold water bottles for comfort.... at least help cool off when you get in bed

Trent have you heard about the fan you can use with ice, may be a good alternative for a cooler breeze?
