LOVE THIS!!!! Your voice for Jevil is...strangely calming. It's unique, and definitely different from the other interpretations I've heard. I think yours is my favourite out of all of them. The animation is spectacular! (Also, Jevil just inviting himself to eat Kris' food is just so like him.)

Holy! This is insanely underrated. The dialogues are canonically on point. The only problem here is Jevil's voice, it can have more "robotic". But other than that, this is amazing. It's no longer underrated yay.

Concidering you made Jevil act fully sentient while in Kris’s pocket once we get to Spamton it should be pretty entertaining.

Found this channel and these videos recently and I really like them. ^u^ I hope that you guys tackle Chapter 2 now that it's out, your voices and telling of the story are very fun and entertaining. But overall this Jevil video was great, voice, emotion, animation all firing at all cylinders. You and your team should be proud and I hope to see more from you all in the future. :D

Wow, this was REALLY good! The dialogue was pretty well written, and the combination of sprites and character art sold the style and story very well! Voice work was also excellent, kudos to the voice actors. My one nitpick is the resolution of the fight with Jevil. It felt a little weird for Ralsei to pull out a generic magic shield out of nowhere, and for Kris to do an abrupt energy blast. I feel like it would have been better if Ralsei used one of his established abilities such as Pacify once Jevil had tired himself out by using flashy attacks. I like it when characters use the tools at their disposal to solve a problem. I dont mean to say you should stick to the source material 100%, you did make good creative decisions such as ignoring the "fix the jail key" sub-plot from the game to streamline the narrative. And somehow justifying the "hypnosis to make the clown sleepy" method from the game might not fit into the story you want to tell. Overall, I am really impressed with this video, and I hope you continue to improve as you go along!

I though I recognized Susie's voice. Turns out that the voice actor for Susie (Invidebit) is the same one that voiced my favorite battle against a true hero cover (Undyne) and was also a voice actor for Man on the internet Undertale the Musical. I'm looking forward to the chapter 2 content 🤩

I've always wanted a Deltarune show because I feel theres lots of potential to the idea, and this just about nails it on its head! The voices are different than what I would imagine them to be like, but it fits nearly just as well! Not even to mention how good the artwork and sprite animations are... it's odd how this has as little views as it does. Looking forward to whatever you do in the future!

7:12 I think you've misinterpreted what Jevil actually means when he says, his world is nothing more than a game. He doesn't refer to the whole game Deltarune, but rather to his dark world being a reality out of dolls, drawings, board, card & brick games like Chess Draughts, President, Lego, the Seam and potentially the Jevil doll which are being animated by the power flowing from the dark fountain created by the Knight (who presumably would be Kris). And the interaction with the mysterious being at 0:33 wasn't referring to Gaster but to a lightner who played with him as a toy. That's when he realized that his world is nothing more than a children's game. I might be wrong though. Correct me, if I missed something. But good animation, dude!

This is one of, if not the best, deltarune animations I've seen

this video is fairly old, but if you still have an interest in Deltarune you so need to make more of these. I was wondering the story behind Jevil, and not only did I learn quite a bit, I was EXTREMELY entertained throughout. the animation in the beginning is legit, the voice acting and writing is on-point, and it was overall really quality. Hell, a longform of something like this or splicing it in with some lore explanations would get massive especially when the other chapters drop and this game gets huge again. Really good video, would love to see more out of it

Honestly I feel sorry for Jevil. He was just vibing and one day he just went mad ( thanks Gaster ). And then he was locked up for no reason besides being mad. And even when he says *LETS PLAY A GAME, GAME* , he isn't trying to intimidate. He literally just wants to play. Very roughly sure, but he's not Evil, just Insane and CHAOTIC This Jevils voice by the way. Its just a bit too calm and relaxed for someone who's completely unhinged. But it is good, I like it

I love his voice. I prefer the orignal, but this voice is amazing. Also, i dont think he believes the world is a computer program, i think spamton, and jevil realized that their world is fake. As he would say, CANT YOU SEE? YOUR WORLDS A FANTASY!

Excellent video! The mashup of pixel animation with digital artwork looks great! Voice acting is nice, too. Pretty all of the characters sound like how I imagined them, with the exception of Jevil of course, but the glitchy voice was worth sacrificing for overall sound quality. Overall, really solid stuff here, friend, you've earned a sub.

I get the feeling of past games I've played that fits how you get all the talking and group talkingvisuals here that overlaps the gameplay of this animation. Unfortunately, I cannot remember what games I get the same feeling as this with cutscenes in those games. I also am not sure what genre of games I get this same feeling from, but I'm guessing that they were RPG games

Every so often, we would play games totgether. He was a fast learner, and the only one ı knew who would give me a fair challange... We werent friends but ı valued his company. One day Jevil had an interaction with a mysterious beign... That would alter his view on the world. From there he began to sputter ramblings that were bizarre. YET... ODDLY SENSİBLE. , He would tell people that, the world they resided in was nothing more than a game... And we were simply participants. His words placed fear into the hearts of many people. So as his only companion... I had no other choice but to lock him away... For his safety. And our own. You know... Looking back now... I miss the games we used to play together.
