Having a confident, calm assertive instructor is what makes this experience so much better. I had a similar experience to the first clip. Always wanted to drive around a track and finally got a chance last year at Vegas Speedway. As a big man (6’4” 320lbs) I couldn’t fit in the the Lambo, Porsche, or Ferrari so I had to go with the mustang GT500. I was nervous because I know it’s got a lot of power to those rear wheels, and can easily slip out from under ya. Instructor told me. “As long as you listen to me, I will let you rip this thing as hard as you can.” I had a blast, and had the fastest track time amongst my friends.

I’ve been cart racing since I’m 5 and it’s always been a blast. But Sim-Racing really brings the sport to everyone, since it’s too expensive for most. It’s honestly beautiful how technology bridges even the largest cliffs.

9:25 Not sure if he watches, but he asked what just happened. The #1 qualifier pretty much controls the entire field of cars during a pace lap. So while the pace car was leading the pace lap, the #1 qualifier slowed way down to back up the pack and then try to time when the pace car would exit off into the pits and then floor it. Well, the guy timed it extremely badly and the pace car was still out on the track. And to avoid penalties, he slowed down creating an accordion effect and then causing a massive pile up.

I just drove my first autocross session with BMW experience, and although I've done sim racing, I never knew that doing 100% throttle would be that overwhelming. Corners were no problem, but the feeling of getting pushed back into the seat and dealing with G forces is something you just can't simulate with your common sim rig.

Some people in twitch chat are just.... "112 that's it?" There's a difference between driving the car your mum handed down to you and reaching 112 on the freeway and an actual SUPER car worth hundreds of thousands of dollars that goes from 60mph - 112 within a second.

Yeah nah that's not a thing with these gt3's. This car takes almost 7 seconds to go from 60 to 120mph. 😂 the acceleration is not the impressive thing about supercars , the lateral G forces are.

I got to drive a Ferrari 458 Itali on Pocono Raceway through Xtreme Xperience. One of the most memorable experiences I've ever done lol, it was exactly like this with the instructor.

lol it looks like they were following the pit car and the pit car waited till the very last second to turn into the pit and then the race starts after the pit car leaves lol but people came flying up not realizing the race was being slowed down in the front by the pit car 9:23
