Golf carts, people walking dogs.. if you want a basic, plain and uneventful suburban place to live with your absolutely mediocre middle class family... look no further.

Ah, South Hillsborough, where sprawl is just gobbling up land... This reminds me of northeasternmost Travis County, where I'm from. Just like South Hillsborough it transitions from brand new suburbs to undeveloped fields every other block

Before you move to Florida you have to spend a week there in summer. 90% of people cannot handle the brutally hot & humid summers (95-100 degrees with 80% humidity). Its like nothing else I've experienced, and I lived in Hawaii for 5 years. North and South Carolina summers are much easier.

You live in a complete crap hole of an area. Traffic of 75 where u are is worse than miami.

I just moved from Atlanta to miami, then i moved to Tampa for a better life! I liked that it was less hectic, but im sorry, i have regrets. This city doesn’t make sense is so underdeveloped in terms of good commercial establishments. Restaurants in the culinary scene here are pathetic! I was lied to. Tampa is not a real city. Especially if everyone goes to bed at 8pm

Sun City Center was initially a development for a 55+ community, if you go into certain developments seniors have all the amenities they needs without having to drive to tampa or st Pete(riverview/Brandon) for their everyday errands. Now in the past 5 yrs developments have started to evolve around the sun city area but that happens everywhere... sun city the original" is literally a blvd with streets leading to different communities.. you mostly drove IN RUSKIN .... and the initial bridge is considered Ruskin Apollo Beach ...

Well that's not SCC. Even in off season summer. Hwy 674 is bumper to bumper. The live stage theater in King's Point alone holds 850 and constantly active. Absolutely don't come. Don't visit. Especially in winter. Summer hurricanes. Han and feb can be terribly cold if you except to go to the pools, beaches. There are also gators, raccooons , wild boar, foxes, snakes right in King's Point. Don't forget the sink holes. This is sink hole alley. The one brother dropped into thw center of the earth while his brother watched and screamed. His body was never recovered. Then all the old people who drive 30mph plus those in golf carts. Loser town stay far away

I don't know where you took these video's but it's not the Sun City Center I live in. Even the Publix is not the one in S.C.C.

There's still plenty of undeveloped land in the more eastern area of Hillsbourough County waiting to be developed.Hillsbourough County has a population of over1.5 million now.
