I made this! I added chicken to it and the first liquid I added to dilute the tomato paste was wite wine. It worked out beautifully!

Just made this, was so delicious. I added Calabrian chilli paste instead of chilli flake. Didn’t have any burrata so I stirred in 2 tbs of ricotta and a fresh drizzle of oil at the end. *chefs kiss* Definitely a new weeknight staple ❤️

This looks so yummy.. and it’s not just in your head, salted water does have a higher boiling point… I always wait, prob only a few seconds but that’s few seconds quicker to eat 🤪👍

Speaking of leftovers, how come some people don't like leftovers? I've noticed that we ate lots of leftovers growing up and I was curious.
