It is what is, and of course there is always a positive side for everything, even to death, but it is damned difficult placement for someone who wants to enjoy a simple straight forward material existence. I was just pushed by life in a different direction. I have always enjoyed me time in nature and I migrated to the other side of the world, but the acceptance part of the past life karma isn't easy. The saturn ( also 12th house) Sun dasha was a black hole. I only wanted to treat my patients'health in a room without window. It feels unfair, but what can I say as a Libra ascendant, striving for fairness and balance all life long.
