I spent the week exploring Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan! Sun Moon Lake is the largest body of water in Taiwan. It is located in the center of the island and is absolutely beautiful! I had heard many good things about this lake and finally made my way there to experience it for myself. Sun Moon Lake is one of the most beautiful places in Taiwan that will take your breathe away!
Welcome to my channel! I'm Patrick and this is Patmax Adventures! I'm originally from California and have been living abroad for the past four years. I decided to start this channel to share my experiences and passion for travel with others. My goal with this channel is to share and show as much as I can of the World. My focus will always be on the culture, food and of course the local people of everywhere I travel to! I always loved Sun Moon Lake And it’s blue green water It’s very deep and too cold to swim in anyways I wouldn’t want to swim there

Two-three hours by bus.

IMO the best starting place to go there by bus is from Taichung, takes around 1 hour 15 minutes if you take the Nantou Bus from Xinwuri / HSR station. It's line 6670 if memory serves me well.
