This is a great build. I'm looking for a slideon poptop camper. Wouldn't want to drive this to work between trips. Also best of both worlds if you drop the camper off to explore.

Great build, but the payload is minimal at 480kg. Once you add people, clothing/footwear, bikes, camp chairs, table, cutlery/plates/pans, food, blankets, toolkit etc and other necessities for a road trip, you would borderline on the GVM 🤔

Love the build, looks amazing, just wondering how the chassis flex goes when going off road seeing as the camper is fitted and sealed to the cab. I know the standard ute tubs twist and move normally

At $218,550 Plus Taxes & Licensing, wow that aint cheap, No a/c and very heavy. The Aussie Roadrunner RV slide on is the better product, you can remove the camper & just use the ute, lighter & has a/c.

You will fit most campers are 2meters to 2.1meters & most have a air con unit in middle which hangs down 6cm so if roof 2m might want to remove air con to above seating area where it won't be in way. I'm sure your height & air con unit be accommodated.2.1m roof be the one.

Based of my calculations, the payload is only 480kg....makes it pretty tight. Subtract people (180kg for 2 in our case), it leaves only 300kg for everything else 😲
