I just dont get the price, as that sits there it is near $240,000 on road.... ridiculous, the hilux itself is only about $50,000 and that is a 2024 that has been subject to hyperinflation.. so you guys want near $200,000 for the back living part, yet you can even buy a Australian made Caravan that would put that build to shame for less than $60K, off road, 18 foot... I would buy this vehicle 2morrow, but they are honestly about $100K over priced, niche market and price gouging is what it is...

At $218,550 Plus Taxes & Licensing, wow that aint cheap, No a/c and very heavy. The Aussie Roadrunner RV slide on is the better product, you can remove the camper & just use the ute, lighter & has a/c.

Love the build, looks amazing, just wondering how the chassis flex goes when going off road seeing as the camper is fitted and sealed to the cab. I know the standard ute tubs twist and move normally

Great build, but the payload is minimal at 480kg. Once you add people, clothing/footwear, bikes, camp chairs, table, cutlery/plates/pans, food, blankets, toolkit etc and other necessities for a road trip, you would borderline on the GVM 🤔

Mini Solar Tip. You can steplessly dim down a bulge and all other hungry electricity consumers with a 5000W dimmer (7, EUR). I run 5 dimmers in parallel on an 850W inverter. Kettle 2.2KW at 150W runs 12 hours a day, so the water is always hot. The room is also nicely heated. 2.5KW washing machine runs in parallel with dimmed to 200...400W. Iron, dishwasher, oven, electric heater, coffee machine, all internal heating are throttled with me.
