My wife uses it with her Fitbit when she doesn't feel like walking outside, it does have a step count as well, she just likes wearing her Fitbit. Very simple and easy to put together. Put a mat or rug underneath it to avoid squeaking if you have wooden floors like us.

This just came from Amazon last weekend. My husband had no problem putting it together. I think at first I used it too much the last couple of days because I could barely walk the next day! It's great to have during this rainy season when you can't get outside to walk. So far, so good:)

I'm glad I watched this as I have just bought this. I'm only 4 foot 11 and the pad was hitting me in the face lol so I'm glad I can take it off.

UPDATE: So, my wife has been using it and she noticed that it wobbles even more, even though we put a fluffy mat under it. We tried some cardboard underneath as well. But it just isn't very sturdy. So, if you are looking to buy it , I would suggest you do more research. There might be much more sturdier ones out there. It is a cheap product and for my wife's height and weight it works. But the wobbliness might be an issue for some with bigger proportions than my wife(she is my tiny munchkin). It could also be that the one we bought has this issue, may be others who bought it may not have this issue, so it is good to check out different channels before you buy it.

👍🏾Thanks for letting me know. I will not be buying & saving myself getting upset. The Gazelle Glider I know for sure doesn't wobble and is a very good quality, solid piece of equipment. I just was trying to find something that didn't take up so much room. I guess I have no choice but to buy Tony Little's Gazelle!🤷🏽‍♀️

I put it together without reading the instructions.It took me about 25 minutes. I took the belly pad off and the adjustable bands.Im 5'2 and it works better without those attachments.

I spent 20 minutes trying to follow the instruction manual before coming to KZfaq. Found your video that was a snap to follow. 15 minutes later, I'm working out! Thank you.

It is squeaky , so we just put a rug underneath and that helps . You could put a rug or a mat.

Theres no resistance with the legs and you get momentum from the swinging so is it even really a workout?

It’s more like a budget elliptical for those who want to do brisk walk indoors. This is not a heavy cardio workout. My wife has arthritis and likes to do simple movements, so this works well for her.

That's exactly why I bought this. I have a regular elliptical, but sometimes it hurts my joints. This glider is just for movement or rest days for me.

It's like doing some power walking outside, believe me it works, but do it for at least 10 minutes or 15 minutes

I'm about 1.6 meters. It's just a very basic budget elliptical . Since you are taller than me, just have the appropriate space available to accommodate for wider swings. With your height, it should be fine. There is no resistance setting on this.

Keep it away from the wall so you have more space to swing your legs. It’s good for regular speed, not for vigorous exercise. I just put my Fitbit and use it for walking movement when it’s too cold outside. The machine holds about 100kgs of weight. You should be fine if you’re within that weight range.

My wife has loose joints, so she bends her knees slightly and uses this walker at a slower speed to just help with getting some motion in her legs. Definitely not a good machine as it doesn’t have resistance and if you go fast, the knees tend to suffer.

Namaste, Main chilled review guy ki wife hu, mere husband ko hindi nahi aathi , isliye main reply kar rahi hu. Aapka weight around 54kg hai, yeh machine 100 kg tak utha sakti hai araam se. Par iss machine ko humne canada amazon website se order kiya tha. Agar aap canada main hai toh description mein jo link hai woh aapko canadian amazon website pe leh jaaegi jahase aap isse order karsakte hai. But agar aap Indian yaah kissi aur amazon website se order karna chaahte hai toh unn websites kii muje jaankaari nahi hai. Kuch products joh canadian amazon pe hai, woh kai baar dusre countries ke amazon mein nahi milti.
