I adore Dr Susan Rogers, of course, because of her brilliant work and her rightful place in the family.. But also the tremendous ability to bring very complicated technical details into a clear and simple light that even I can understand.

At least, he acknowledged her unlike a lot of rock stars at the time who treated their staff like shit and she worked for him for 5 YEARS so obviously, he valued her complete work ethics.

Kudos to her for establishing her ideas for how she believed a working relationship should jump off (and grow, as time and reciprocity allows)...but the FLIP-side of that is that you CAN'T just give of your TIME and ATTENTION/FOCUS to everyone how they might like it to be. And that goes for ALL of us...NOT just Prince. GLAD she sorta (indirectly, at least) addressed this FACT when mentioning that he DIDN'T always get down with every "accomplished" musician he ran into or worked with.
