I love how chill some homestuckers are. I mean, some fandoms you say "This fandom is shit!" people respond with death threats. But homestucks! "Homestuck is shit an it's gay" and they respond with "Yeah, it is."

If Homestuck was a movie, I could see this song being in the end credits while Andrew Hussie is in the background doing... I don't know... what he does.

just started reading homestuck a couple weeks ago and just got to this strife. favorite song in the whole series so far, it's just so rad. poor Jade never seems to get a strife where she actually gets to hit anything though ;_;

This sounds like the music where a cliche boss fight will go down, and like after they are *almost* dead, john will take his last stand and be like "my friends give me power, but you wouldn't understand that now would you" and deliver a final blow. So basically, an anime boss fight

This was my favorite OP theme for the Homestuck anime. Unite synchronizaton was an okay theme for season 2, but this just fit season one marvelously \OoO/

from 0:00 to 1:27 it sounds like something that'd be in a sonic adventure game, almost like twinkle park. then suddenly 1:28 comes in with this shadow the hedgehog-sounding edge. i love it.

I find this song to be the perfect definition of 'strife'

This is definitely my favorite song so far through homestuck. I made my D&D listen to it on repeat with no complaints the whole night. I'm always impressed at just how great every element of this series can be!

I think this song feels like it represents the things you need to survive in the medium: courage, hope, strength, and a taste for adventure.

I sitting on the bus, reading manga (flame of recca) on my ipad and listening to music one day. And, right when the dude removes a seal and 8 fire dragons explode out of him in a fight, this played. It was the most epic moment in non-homestuck reading history. Even outside of homestuck, the music just KNOWS.

Hands down, Sunslammer is my favorite out of the whole Homestuck soundtrack.

After the testing of the alpha and beta sessions, and a final version of Sburb does come out, I hope this song is in the waiting lobby for multiplayer. While you and your online friends prepare to start the session/ choosing weapons and the look of your character and whatnot. Shit would be so cash.

When you make an Undertale AU named Bullet Hell but you don't have any idea for a melody so you take some random homestuck music.

Listening to this song fills me with sparks of hope that burn into a bright passion and determination to take the steps i can to bring the world just a bit closer to the collective goal of a peaceful future we were always promised as kids. To those of you looking to do the same, remember that a small step is still a step, and that every step is different. Im trying to learn how to code so i can use my art skills to make games and unique webpages that will inspire and tell stories with important lessons. Theres so much you can do too that may seem indirect, but is still helpful. Do whatever you want to do with your life, your aspirational goal, and understand how best you can use it to help others.
