You can actually fit three of these on one plot with near perfect spacing if you cut off one row on one for those that cant afford more than a row of plots

putting cakes on the fences is genuinely the most wild optimization I've seen, also why add the cakes when you can run on the block with the fences?

247 speed with depth strider 2 gives you 19.92 bps after the black cat update

Can i ask how you guys calculate the speed when standing on soul sand? I can know the speed? So i can use it on improving my own farming design, as i cannt getting 20 block/second while farming

Im a little confused how im supposed to do this? Because im on ironman and i need to farm potatoes, carrots and wheat so if i build an extra nether wart below how do i easily swap what crops are on the plot? Please give me some tips

Have a copy of the layout saved without crops so you can switch and use basket of seeds when you need to

You can recalculate the speed to be below 400 with higher levels of depth strider It likely won't be as efficient as this but it'll still be very close to 20bps

the old vertical farm was 18.6BPS the new one is 19.97

are you using minecrafts vanilla f3 stats? if so, they are not perfect. i recommend the NEU mod. also, important that you set your spawn by flying in from the desk without touching any blocks, to keep a perfect alignment.

It’s probably not the smartest choice to build these farms unless you are a true farming master, desperate for all the coins you can get. I’m pretty sure that the black cat bug will get fixed soon so don’t rush.
