It seemed like one side tilted more than the other side. Correct? If so, how many degrees does it tilt to both sides? We want to be able to cover the sun as it sets because it blasts our covered patio and we're trying to have this umbrella serve both purposes. Thank you!

Just got it, if you fill it with water it will be necessary to drain it when winter comes, and take the umbrella inside, if you use sand instead of water, you have to fill it the total weight is 133 lb. That presents a problem, since there is only 1 screw opening to put sand in and four quarters that have to be filled up, now do you distribute the sand equally, looks like you have to stand it up , put the sand in and shake the base to distribute the sand evenly. Than lower the now filled 133 lb base without hurting your back. Hope there is a video to show how to do it.

Literally was coming to find out how they expect sand to get in each compartment

This is for 11 ft umbrella, The net weight of the umbrella is 59.6 lbs. and the base weight is 67.5 lbs. If you are to add the recommended 133 lbs of sand, the total approximate weight would be 260 lbs.

They didn’t say what type of sand to use, if you use wet sand it may not distribute easily. Someone posted to use play box sand it’s dryer.

What color is this? I'm having trouble deciding between blue and navy blue for this umbrella? And can you tell the difference between each?

@SunVilla - what are the dimensions of the base for this model?

Its 35 inches by 35 inches (square) I filled ours with water.....it aint going anywhere when its lowered......you use the lever to move it up....then it is easily moveable to the new spot, then lower!! It works very well.
