Why didn't you show papers you got from hospital to travel company? That should be your evidence for getting compensation.

@@everfall88 I did. They claim that it is a virus and that it has nothing to do with food hygiene at the hotel. Unfortunately, we can't prove it, but neither can Ving. Word for word.

The reason for that is that after the frist time, we didn’t understand that we got sick of food on the hotel. We had meals other places also that time. We could have got sick from the food at another restaurant. But this last time we had all our meals at the hotel.
