Dave glad to know they are still making good cases! The iPhone 7 is the first generation of iPhone since the 4s that I haven't upgraded to. Are you liking it? Somehow I quit receiving notifications from my channel so I never saw this comment come in. Welcome to the channel- I assume you don’t need the answer anymore but the case should fit the 7 but did the 8 not add the second camera on the 4.7 inch phone? I don’t remember.

Tempered glass screen protectors are (more or less) made out of the same thing as the phone's screen. So when using it it's virtually invisible. Sliding your finger across it is amazing- there is no glare- and you don't have to touch the screen any harder to use it. Just trust me- you won't ever want to go back. And they can be had for pretty cheap too.

IIIIII don't think it would because the case is a rubberized plastic and not just a hard plastic. But honestly I'm not sure and don't think I've had that problem with any case- and I'm pretty anal about scratches too. Wish I were more help. :)

I had not tested that but I would guess that it would probably start pealing up your screen protector around the edges.

Alright- disclaimer here- I have not ever handled the 6 plus version of the case. That being said I think the only thing to truly prevent this so called "bendgate" is to not sit on your phone. It takes like 70 lbs of force to bend the thing so just don't put that much pressure on it. Will it help at all? Yea, I would guess it might add protection against an extra 5 or 10 pounds of pressure. This case is a fairly minimal case but for being a bumper hybrid it is pretty tough. Face down slap drops will almost defiantly result in a break- especially if there is a rock or corner or something. Should be pretty protective against corner side and back drops. I also now recommend to EVERYONE a tempered glass screen protector. They are amazing- you can't even tell they are there and my experience is that if they break or crack it won't even bother you a bit. Hope this was helpful. :)

It will fit with a tempered glass screen protector- but I'm not sure what you mean by "those fully covered temper glass." Are you referring to the tempered glass screen protectors that wrap around the edges of the screen as apposed to stopping where the glass begins to curve?

I never did any drop testing with this case- but my OPINION is that it would protect from minor drops- but it was designed to be semi-minimalist so you won't get the same drop protection of bulky cases. Sorry I can't be more help.

I no longer have this case BUUUUT I have used many cases that are fairly hard to put in and take off. I often worry I will bend my phone but it's still perfectly strait. Consumer reports says it takes well over 55 pounds of pressure to bend an iPhone 6 if that helps. The 6 plus takes 90 - but I couldn't find what it would take bend the smaller iPhone. hope that's helpful!
