I know nothing about the game industry on the people level, so can anyone tell me if having Quantic on your resume is a plus or minus on your career? I mean, on the plus side, you've demonstrated that you can stand being in a creepy oven for long periods of time to churn out product at the behest of a prima donna; but on the negative side you'd have to wonder if the person's been tainted or cursed in some way by having spent time there.

One thing to keep in mind is that other companies will most likely consider these claims to just be rumors, however if there is any credence to them, there could be another serious issue for these employees that tends to go hand in hand with harassment like this where Quantic Dream may refuse to offer any sort of reference to employees that attempt to find a new job and may even blacklist their former employees like Konami.

The way I see it, there's really no middle ground if any employees leave over this. It's either: "Wow, you survived working for THAT guy? You must be tough as fuck, let's go get you a name badge." or "Holy shit, you worked for HIM? Fuck off and never come back, I have to dip my hand in lye now because I may have touched you, and I have to set my office on fire to cleanse it of the stench."
