Ive got combo treatment. So the teacher used to make me do Uthak baithak... for every uthak baithak i did i got one whack with the cane on my bum whenever my bum came down😓 Another package was getting imposition by one teacher and caned on my bum by another on the same day...so while i used to write impositions at home i had to stand up rubbing my bum with the left hand and writing the impositions with the right hand.

I'm confused. Do you hold the ears and squat once - for several minutes? Or you do hold the ears and squat repeatedly, several times?

With crossed hands You hold the ear lobes tight with thumb and index fingers, breathe out and sit slow then get up breathing in holding the ear lobes still. Continue the sit up and get up with deep breathing as many times as you can. You can also say in your mind any peace giving phrase like "Yealoheem" while sitting down and "Adonai" while getting up. Do not tire your self, but see that the surrounding air is clean and rich in oxygen.
