11 ай бұрынWe traveled to Mopars at the Mississippi in Dubuque, Iowa and found this super original 1970 Dodge Challenger RT/SE 440 Six Pack 4 speed car. We dive into a lot of the original details on the car and it shows you how these cars were made. We have a very similar car in the shop right now and we took a bunch of pictures for reference. Originally from Texas and no rust on it. The engine bay is a survivor, just how Chrysler made it.

R/T SE, did it have a build sheet, I wonder, be a real handful being a 4sp if it didn’t have power steering also…..

So besides a 440 six pack or 6 barrel car 4sp, what makes it special equipped I wonder? Air conditioning? Kinda goes against the the meaning, I like it!

@@carebear2272 It's a V-Code 440 6 Pack 4 speed car which makes is special in and of itself but it's also an RT/SE with manual steering, cloth seats and manual brakes.

Cool, I always thought that meant more, like, air, power windows, sun roof, stuff like that, just an engine and transmission seems just like extra options, you know what I mean? Like I’ve seen cars with that same without it being a SE cars, a manual back in the day wouldn’t think it would be special, today it would be 18 spline manual HD. It just seem to be a one of a kind SE doesn’t it?
