Super deep smoothed brown noise can be used for sleeping, relaxing or studying. Brown noise is a softer-sounding alternative to white noise.
► Available as an MP3 download in 1, 8, 10 and 12-hour versions: www.mindamend....
With this super deep version, I've filtered out even more of the higher-pitched sounds than my previous Deep Smoothed Brown Noise track found here: • Deep Smoothed Brown No... .
When listing to feedback on my other brown noise tracks, sometimes people will suggest that the volume is fading in and out, even though I haven't put any volume fades in the middle of the track. This is caused by the randomness of the frequencies being produced.
Because of the law of distribution, sometimes a higher amount of lower frequencies will bunch randomly together. Often just for a few seconds. This can create an illusion of the volume dipping when it hasn't changed at all.
So, to help reduce the impact of this potential distraction, I've increased the density of the frequencies being produced. This helps to ensure that each section of the track is filled with a good range of random frequencies. Which helps to give it an even smoother and more consistent sound.
► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
www.youtube.com...
For Sleeping To
The deep and soft sound of random noise is very relaxing and calming to listen to. The visuals in this video gradually fade out to 40% brightness at the 45-second mark. This will help reduce the glare for those people sleeping with the screen on.
For Studying To
White and brown noise sounds are also commonly used while studying to help block out distractions.
How Loud Should The Volume Be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
Brown Noise Can Be Used For:
- Helping you relax or fall asleep
- Block out distracting noise while you're studying
- Calming and settling nervous and distressed dogs
- Providing relief for tinnitus
Tinnitus Note: If you have tinnitus that is quite high-pitched sounding, you may be better off trying my brown noise track which includes the higher-pitched frequencies: • Smoothed Brown Noise 8... .
Do You Need Headphones?
Headphones are optional and not required for this track to work.
No isochronic tones or brainwave entrainment effects have been added to this track.
Recommend Headphones For Sleep
Normal headphones are usually very uncomfortable and impractical to use while sleeping. I've had some SleepPhones for over 10 years now and I highly recommend you give them a try.
SleepPhones are specifically designed for use while sleeping, with thin flat speakers that are contained inside a very comfortable headband. You can use them while lying on your side and they also have wireless versions, making them very easy and practical to use.
You can find out more about them here: www.MindAmend....

I have severe anxiety and ADHD, white noise is too chaotic and never helps me relax. This, however, is absolutely amazing. It’s the one thing that perfectly counteracts the buzzing in my head, it feels like someone is taking a physical weight off my brain. I can actually relax and feel a sense of calm for the first time in a very very long time. Thank you for posting these. Love the visuals as well

I can't describe how much this helps me. I have ADHD, which leads me to severe procrastination and lack of sleep (insomnia). I've been trying lots of background noise strategies and this is BY FAR the one that helps me the most. THIS VIDEO HELPED ME TO WORK NON-STOP FOR SIX HOURS!!! Can you believe it??? And it also helps me to relax before going to bed. I've been sleeping more than 5 hours a day and I can't remember the last time I was able to sleep this much. I'm so very thankful to the author of this!

I want to also add, joining a CrossFit gym was the best thing I ever did for myself regarding my sleep. Also, try to eliminate things that are stressful to you in your life as much as humanly possible. Learn to say no to things you really want to say no to and yes to things you really want to say yes to. Get back in touch with yourself and heal your past traumas. It's a journey and not necessarily a destination but the closer you get the better your sleep and overall sense of well being is going to be.

This is a demonic trend and if you do not believe this I suggest you try it before you continue to subject children to this. Note about ads in the video. I have always had mid-video ads turned off on all the videos on my channel. I have no intention of ever changing that. However, you should be aware that KZfaq reserves the right to show ads in their terms of use, even when creators have them turned off. So I'm afraid I have no control over that. I've researched videos and comments on my own and many other channels. KZfaq does appear to insert an ad break on videos that are 8+ hours. This is why you see a most-played part around 6 hours on every long-play music/audio video on KZfaq. If you look at it from KZfaq's perspective, they have to cover the bandwidth costs for many hours of video without showing ads. So although I don't want them there, I can understand why they may be exercising their right to insert them. A KZfaq premium subscription is the only way to guarantee there aren't ads in any video.

@@MindAmend~ is there a way to get KZfaq to stop these new ads that blast after 5-7 hours of sleep? It’s so startling after peaceful sleep w the brown noise. I can’t trust it anymore.
@MindAmend
@MindAmend 7 ай бұрын
 @skiingharpist3147 Unfortunately, this is a trend I've seen happening on all the long-play 8+ hour sleep tracks I've checked out on KZfaq. I used to think it was just happening to my channel randomly and I posted many support tickets to KZfaq about it. Without anyone giving me an explanation. Then I discovered that all the long-play sleep videos on other channels have a most-played part at around 6 hours. Which is when ads are playing. So it's happening on all videos of this type and length. KZfaq has it in its terms of use that it reserves the right to show ads, even if creators have them turned off. I guess they are just trying to recover the increased bandwidth costs of playing videos for many hours without ads. I've always had mid-video ads turned off and I have no additional control over them. I'm afraid the only way to guarantee no ads is via a KZfaq premium subscription.

The first time I ever heard brown noise I felt at peace in my mind, but you have perfected it. I put this on every night when I go to sleep. At first I used it to block out the tree frogs talking to each other outside my bedroom and noticed I couldn’t hear my noisy neighbors stomping around either. The next morning I realized I slept THE WHOLE NIGHT and it dawned on me that I went right to sleep as soon as I hit the pillow. Your brown noise is the perfect frequency or tone to calm my mind and relax me into a deep sleep. Thank you so much!

My God, I am blown away. I did not expect the immediate, full, calm enter my nostrils and ears like a welcomed soft deep breath while my eyes closed and I felt an involuntary gasp of visceral, emotional, physical relaxation and ease of tension throughout my body and mind that I have never known before. I was not even aware I was walking around with all of that. I thought I would try this as it is 5:17 am once again night after night after year after decades…I always feel like a ghost, unless I am working, as everyone else seems to be asleep. I feel a deep sense of well being and I am so shocked to write that I think I feel sleepy and will try to see if this can help me achieve this. Like many other people here I suffer from severe anxiety, severe processing issues, autism etc. and white noise is too harsh, too invasive. The only way I can describe it is it’s the noise that represents nightmares and being stuck in a bad place in your head. Listening to brown noise is the only time I actually relax, but even then my brain will suddenly and randomly misinterpret the noise to mean a threat, and suddenly I’m having a panic attack (ironic) because my brain has paired this noise to being busy and stuck in my own chaotic thoughts. Long post I know, but I hope at least one other person can relate ❤

Thank you. I dimmed the visual to 40% after 45 seconds, as I was thinking about people wanting to sleep with it. I would love to make lots of black screen videos. However, I have a gut feeling that KZfaq will eventually penalise channels with lots of those. So I am reluctant to make many of them. KZfaq are big on clamping down on channels with what they perceive as duplicate content. Although I have different variations of brown noise, an average KZfaq reviewer could well look at multiple brown noise videos with a black screen as just dupliate content and think I'm just trying to game their system. When I'm not. I have already had my channel demonetized twice in the past for what was perceived to be duplicate content by a KZfaq moderator. I was extremely relieved and very gratefully reinistated both times on appeal, after I was able to explain what I'm doing. However, it's not always guaranteed that you can appeal or even be able to communicate with someone to explain. When you've spent so long building something, it's terrifying thinking you could lose your livelihood and something so rewarding, just by trying to give your audience exactly what you know so many of them want and regularly ask for.

And added bonus listening to it has helped me get the best most restful sleep I've had in years, it even covers the sound of my husband Snoring at about 1972027 decibels.
