It’s Mango Season!!!
And it’s the hot month of May!!!
Try this super easy Mango Milkshake for the love of Mangoes 🥭 It’s thick and chilled and tasty. You can make it from Alphonso (I used Badami variety since that was more readily available), or any of our favourite Goan varieties! Sweeter the mango, better the result. Also, ensure the mangoes aren’t on the sour side, since it might split the milk. Fruit milkshakes are a great way to get the kids to indulge in creativity in the kitchen- ask them to help you make it, and enjoy your moments with them :)

Ingredients:
1 US Cup = 240 ml
2 whole (600 grams) Mangoes; they gave me 2 Cups of Mango pulp
1/4 Cup Sugar, adjust as preferred
500 ml (Half litre) Milk, boiled, cooled to room temperature and chilled. You may use vegan options.
Vanilla Ice cream, optional
Ice Cubes
Mango, cut into pieces, optional
Mint Leaves, for the top
