Very nice. Any reason why you put the fish while the oil was still cold? I (now) fry using a little extra pomace oil, along with 4-5 (unpeeled-cooks by its own steam, making the flesh sweeter) cloves of garlic. The fish fluid/fat makes the oil tasty...to drizzle on boiled rice while eating.

Always nice to hear from you❤️ Yes, I meant to red pasta sauce; I wrote it that way since long titles can be boring😄 You can make pasta sheets from scratch, by making a simple pastry dough. Or, I just had an idea: try semi cooking macaroni and then layering them instead of the pasta sheets- it will work just as well! It’ll be a remix of mac n cheese and a lasagna😁

Hello Errold! Thank you so much for your kind compliments! The vegetable chopper is ‘Beezy- Push and chop’. I used to have one by Pigeon earlier; that had a string concept and broke in a few months. This Beezy one is a lot sturdier (just recommending out of personal experience). Have a great week!

Cook in a earthen pot... In the climax temper with a little curry leaf, small onions in oil & pour it over the prepared fish curry, close, keep aside for some time... Then it will be fantastic, wonderful..

Absolutely loved the way you showed the process. The cleaning too. The best thing I liked about is you cooked gently with love. I don't like when they so hurry cooking, it's stressful and the stress emotion flows to the food. This video relates to the way I cook, I enjoy cooking,,. I dip in bed of rava, but flipping the fish is where I go wrong. Hot oil splashes on my skin☹️
