Just put it on the market 6 days ago and it's under contract to purchase already. Couldn't be happier. Investor from Tenn. owns properties in TN and wants to expand to Cincinnati. Wow looking amazing. I remember when they built my uncles 14,000 square foot house. They used wooden truss at every 4 inches for the upstairs. Your way is definitely the way to go which I believe they over done his house. The engineer that drew up his house was the say one that drew up MaryKays huge building off the tollway in Dallas Tx and her personal house. Looked amazing built over built I’m assuming. Looks absolutely beautiful so far!!! Edit typos Just the coast of him to draw it up was extremely expensive. Last I heard it was high as heck just for the prints. I can only imagine what your cost you but wow wow wow. You will have an incredible sturdy house after it’s all said and done. You my “KZfaq” friend will have the best house on the block for dang sure!!! 👍 oh and please don’t post what it cost you cause none of anyone’s business either. But what a beautiful house Mr. B and Mrs B will have once done.

Polyester sport shirts are great if you are going to be sweating a lot because they'll quickly dry out when you stop sweating. But they hold onto odor be it personal, laundry detergent / fabric softener, even if you eat something with onions a sulfur smell with hang around for an hour. Cotton gets wet and stays wet.

@ 19:00 A couple of guide ropes would speed up the placement of those joists and help keep the swing to a minimum. 25' - 30' with a snap ring at the end so you can attach and detach from the joist quickly. Looking good so far. When does the ground floor get poured and won't all the joists and bars be an obstacle for the concrete pump?

Geoff huge Kudos to you for the workmanship etc involved in the organisation and implementation of the project and management of your home, but looking on from afar (rural Western Australia) I have noticed myself and others above my 64 year old age group here in Australia, downsizing to smaller homes as we age, lest work to maintain, less stairs to traverse, cheaper to run etc, may I ask why so big? Why have to spend so much just on heating and cooling, power and so on when building a more economical place makes it easier to pay off less interest paid to the bank and more kept in your pocket, etc Just curious at how our 2 countries and cultures think so differently towards putting an affordable roof over our heads and why Tony from Western Australia 🇦🇺
