Kyuki India mein kisi ko diet aur nutrition key baare mein kuch nahi pata hai, Sab eggs ko Non Veg mante hai India mein, Eggs log sirf bimar padne key baad hi khate hai recovery key liye woh bhi Dr key bolne key baad. Eggs jaisa super food koi bhi nahi, 2 whole eggs mein ek insaan key daily requirements key almost 80% vitamins hote hai par logo ko pata hi nahi, kyuki yaha Eggs khane se logo ka dharam bhrast ho jaata hai.

​@criminalman5477 Bhai mujhe bhi address de do kaha par bante hai chemicals se eggs. Whatsapp par kuch bhi dekh kar believe mat kiya karo, thoda google khol kar research bhi kar liya karo. Eggs sirf murgiya hi deti hai, chemicals se banana itna aasan nahi hai, Agar ko bana bhi dega toh uski costing mein ek 1 karat eggs ka aa jayega. China mein kuch artist banate hai par woh sirf artistic purpose keh liye hota, logo key khane key liye nahi, woh bhi bahut expensive methods se banata hai

@@criminalman5477 then buy eggs from your local pasture/farm which are free from chemicals and are raised organically. Vegetables are sprayed with harmful pesticides too so it's not like we're safe from everything

बेवकूफ बना रहा है भाई ये इसलिए बता रहा है क्युकी इसने जो पड़ा हे वही बता रहा है क्युकी इसने यूरोपियन पढ़ाई की ही एम बी बी एस पढ़ाई भारत की नही ही यूरोप में ठंड ज्यादा पड़ती है इसलिए वह अंडा खाया जाता है और सब्जियां काम पैदा होती तो मांस खाया जाता है और सबसे ज्यादा कैंसर मरीज यूरोप में ही होते ही

Include in your diet 2-3 egg daily, reduce 1 chapati/ roti from your total daily meal, 70-80 calorie per egg according to size of 🥚egg, any time you can eat ,

Many people on social media say it also contains chicken's period blood because of artificial fertilizing. She misses her periods and cannot discharge the blood due to this forceful fertilization. Blood somehow gets into that egg. Whatever stress and pain she goes through due to the continuous laying of eggs during her pregnancy also affects the nutrition and quality of the eggs. Please explain this whole process in detail. There is so much confusion, sir. Make a special video on this.
