If this car landed into a American hand or even some western part of the world, they will immediately plant a turbo to it. Some may ended up with ridiculous super negative camber to achieve low stance. FUGLY rear wing spoiler and let the engine bay go naked with chrome out parts. Neon lights under carriage etc... The list goes on. 😅😂😂😅😂😂😂😅💩💩💩💩💩

@@ArtVandelayOfficial yes, that was released a few months later and it take the crown but the N1 version 1 wasn't a patch on the EK9. It's only when they released the N2 version that it was quicker, but they had to do a number of changes for it to perform better. I'd still have na EK9 as they look cooler, maybe the N2 version for track.

Thank you so much Captain for reviewing the EK9 Civic Type R! I was waiting for that review for 1 year. Great it is even a Spoon refined EK9. I really appreciate Jomoto san's explanations in english. As always really interesting side facts about the tuning like weight savings and the caliper clearances for the different wheel types. Great build Im really looking forward to get some of the parts for my EK9.

Stiff spring for track use, all type R cars are build for track ready in mind which even the FD2R by default are stiff too.
@nelc2399
@nelc2399 3 жыл бұрын
Meanwhile kW and blisten etc brands suspension have few series. By default from factory come with the car, it not meant for track use. At most street sport for daily drive in some of car models. So you cannot compare a type R vs a daily car or even a normal street sport.

You're looking at Spoon archival footage pre-refresh and GT's modern footage. The delete panel you see in the archival footage from the mid to late 2000's has the panel. The refresh probably doesn't have it because it may have been lost, or broken during dismantling and rebuild. Or maybe from the 00's to the 20's it was removed for weight savings or for any number of reasons. Late in the video before they drive it, he pops the camera inside, and you see the delete panel is gone. All the previous driving footage up till then was Spoons footage they most likely gave him to use in the review.
