We make a marinade for pork ribs. We take a container and put there 100 grams of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of adjika. Let's mix it all up. We remove the hymen from the ribs and the mode into large pieces. We send to the marinade. Cover with cling film and put in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.
