It´s finally here!
This is the result of 16 months of work and dedication
(whenever I had the time), it took me almost 7 years to
make another huge project (My last one was
the Legend of Zelda Super Epic Medley), back in the day
I thought I would never again find the time and dedication
to improve on such video, but here it is,
38 minutes and 64 songs arranged and remixed.
I may never make a project as big as this unless I find
a way to finance it.
I know it´s a long video and most people will find it
difficult to watch it completely in a single session, but,
if you have the time I really hope you enjoy it as much as
I did while creating it.

After my huge dissapointment for getting multiple youtube copyright claims on the very first day of release, I was about to delete this video (I set it to private for a couple of hours while thinking about it). Thank you all for sharing your experience while listening to this, I really love reading them, it motivates me to keep doing big projects, it's hard to believe that so many people took almost 40 minutes of their time to watch this in a single session. I LOVE how you pop in the song names a few seconds after they start. It gives you enough time to play the guessing game and see if you recognize them, without leaving you to scour the comments section if there's something you don't know. More medley videos need to do something like this. Me, I recognized pretty much everything but the Mario Land 2 and Odyssey songs (minus Jump Up), as I haven't played those. It's amazing how despite the crazy amount of games and the crazy amount of music they have to be filled with, that most of the songs are still distinct from each other and recognizable even in a simple SNES-era soundfont. This is a wonderful medley. Thank you for making it and blessing us on this day. (And nice, sneaky Yoshi's Island riff at the end there :p)

Nintendo affiliates: "please take this down" people in comments: "this makes me want to buy Nintendo products!" Nintendo: "Ok, it can stay up" but seriously, you are incredible! I love and respect Nintendo's composers, but they didn't have the foresight to make something as awesome as this! A superb arrangement! I have so many favorite parts -- no doubt affected by my personal nostalgia -- but in brief... 1:07 - 2:02 (two great songs with a great transition), 3:49 - 4:14 (this theme will always be #1 for me, but the little touch of the 1-Up sound! love it! also, Epicness), 6:30 - 6:34 (very creative transition that works really well), 12:15 - 15:20 (just a fantastic section overall, can't believe you got Odyssey stuff in there!), 24:50 - 26:15 (blended beautifully), and 30:04 - 31:48 (another classic, my #2 ever, surrounded by great transitions). In any case, that's all just splitting hairs, because I loved every second of it! Much respect my man

Only a true fan of Mario and Nintendo could make something so masterfully composed, especially with Mario Paint. I applaud this, grant it 500/5 all that good stuff, the highest possible ranking I can think of. :)

I still remember six years ago when you released that Zelda melody for the 25th anniversary. I was just as astonished as I am now from the absolute genius and creativity that’s gone into this melody. I really like how you only made the title cards display, when the listener has already realized that it has already transitioned to the next song. This avoids these title cards being jaring, and avoids these title cards stopping the flow of the song.

Congratulations for achieving what Levi Davis was not able to finish :P and congratulations for breaking the record of the longest Mario Paint arrangement, after JorWat25's Pokémon Medley and every MjlsMaster's anime medleys! I could say a lot more about it, but I'm not gonna do it because it's too much. Honestly this is in my top 10 Videos of all time, still amazing all these years later. I always find myself coming back to this video and remembering the times of Odysseys release fondly, this video is become sort of nostalgic to me, add that onto the already existing nostalgia with all these classic songs, and you have yourself an amazing video with lots of passion behind it. I remember the Evolution of Video Games medley... I remember back when everybody was using old Mario Paint Composer to male all sorts of video game covers... Without artists like you, I'd probably never have started writing music. Thank you so much. This medley is fantastic, and I'm so glad you spent the time making another wonderful piece of art, a decade after the "fad" died out. Hearing Odyssey music like this brings tears to my eyes. I played "guess the song" and was subsequently disappointed when my success rate was about 50%. Here are some highlights: This seems like Yoshi island... *SMB3 Title Theme* Seriously? How'd I fail that? THIS is an actual YI theme... *SMB3 Overworld* SMB3 AGAIN? AM I THAT BAD? This sounds like YI... (please be YI please be YI Please be-) *Yoshi's Island - Athletic* YESSSSSS! --- ...Galaxy main theme! *SMG main theme* Galaxy 2 theme. sounds similar. huh. *SMG good egg* Ohh... oops. yeah, I hear it now. OK, this is the SMG2 main theme. It's the one I confused Good Egg with. *SMG gusty garden* HOW DID I MISS THAT? HOW. DID. I. MISS. THAT? Who ever filed these copyright claims has no respect for all the love, care, creativity, patience and time this massive mario medley is clearly made of. One could say this medley is an "oddyssey" through the mushroom kingdom of old and new and even beyond. I keep a lot of those melodies inside my heart not just for nostalgia reasons, but because they remember me to never let the kid inside me go. Mario games have brought so much fun and joy into my life and they still do now. They helped me to connect with many people and even my best friends. So thank you so much for not stepping down even after receiving these copyright claims and giving people like me the chance to listen to this medley in it's full glory. As they sing in "Jump Up, Superstar!" - My hat is off to you!
