Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe
Refined flour -1 & !/2 cup (180 gm)
Powdered Sugar- 1 cup(140 gm)
Baking powder- 3/4th tbsp
Salt-1/4th tsp
Vanilla essence -1/2 tbsp
Refined oil-1/2 cup (80 gm/ml)
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Milk- 1/cup (100 ml) + 2 tbsp
Method-
Mix all the ingredients
Pour batter into the cup cake molds( lined with paper Cups). Preheat the oven. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 12 to 15 minutes
Buttercream Icing
powdered Sugar- 1 &1/2 cup (200 gm)
Butter(room temperature) - 60 gm
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Milk-1 tbsp
