Super Soft Pandan Kaya Swiss Roll! ~ Delicious!
Pandan Kaya Swiss Roll is my first video, recently a subscriber noticed that this video has a mistake and alert me, thanks to his kindness and reminded me, so I deleted the previous old mistaken video and re-edited the whole video, now upload this super fluffy sweet sweet Kaya swiss roll again.

Ingredients
(8 inches / 210x210mm square cake pan)
(A)
1. 5 pcs Pandan leaves
2. 30ml Water
(B)
1. 3 Egg yolks
2. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) from 40g Caster sugar
3. 40g ( 3 tbsps ) Corn oil/ vegetable oil
4. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Milk
5. 15g ( 1 tbsp ) Fresh pandan juice
6. 35g ( 1/4 cup ) Cake flour
7. A pinch of salt

1. 3 Egg white
2. 40g ( 3 tbsps ) Caster sugar
(D)
1. 80g ( 4 tbsps ) Kaya jam
Bake in preheated 130°C ~ 150°C oven for 23 ~ 25 minutes.
Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
