Cool video! I like your aqua tuner setup, personally I throw a transformer next to the steam turbines room so I can run normal wire through the wall and seal the room, it means you don't have to worry about the automation for chilling the steam turbine. The dual cooling loop zones are an absolute must though!

Keep it up If i may add : 1:40 Refinery in the pool and not in the steam chamber to harvest the heat ? 15:00 You should not have a liquid pipe going from steam turbine to steam chamber (the one from the output of the steam turbine, going directly down). It will transfer heat between steam chamber and steam turbine. And going directly down needlessly make the piping messy. (for exemple, go around from steam turbine output to the left). 19:30 the timer sensor don't need to be inside the room. It's the easiest to move.
