This coconut bread roll made by Poolish method is very simple to make and has a strong coconut aroma.

Milk powder 15g
Caster sugar 30g
Medium egg 1pc (55g with shell)
Condensed milk 25g
Poolish 100g
Milk 60± g
Dry yeast 3g
Salt 3g
Unsalted butter (soften) 25g
☘️Coconut filling
Fine desiccated coconut 50g
Melted unsalted butter 25g
Caster sugar 20g
Milk powder 8g
Egg 20g
Brush with the mixture of egg and milk
Sprinkle almond flakes
☘️** Preheat oven to 170C/340F
** Bake at 170C/340F for 20mins
