Fun fact I actually hold my own personal record for # of rides on Verbolten which is at 13. It’s tied with Lochness Monster with 13. Yes I have been going to Busch Gardens Williamsburg a lot

Jackie and Sam, we were so excited to see you experience BG and take us on Pantheon! The video quality was exquisite - the best we've seen of our home park! This has been the only theme park outside of Florida I have been too and I love Verbolten, I purchased the pin for it! This busch is themed a lot better in my opinion!

That drop track on Verbolten really catches people off guard. Certainly caught me off guard, and I’m glad I didn’t know about it beforehand, or I might not have gone! The coaster also pays homage to Big Bad Wolf, the coaster that was there before it. I’m so glad you were able to enjoy what Virginia has to offer!

I adore verbolten! I know that one day, I’m going to bring my best friend, who is a few years younger than me, and terrified of coasters, on verbolten to show her that there is nothing to be afraid of. It feels AMAZING to help someone face their fear!

Verboten is under rated in my opinion. It certainly has the best theming in the park which isn't the case for many of the newer coasters.

Busch Gardens Williamsburg has been consistently ranked as the most beautiful theme park in the world. I love it and feel very fortunate that it’s within only a couple of hours drive from me.

This park is near the top of my bucket list. Many vloggers who cover this park just focus on the roller coasters, which I'm excited for those too, but I also want to take in the beautiful scenery and details, just like you showcased. Great video

I worried when Busch sold these parks because they were always top tier. So far, so good though. The grounds upkeep and park upkeep adds to the experience makes it easy to relax and chill after a thrill ride which is much needed.

I have season passes to this for park for many many years now and it’s very common for us to go up and not ride one coaster. Just enjoy the other rides, grab a drink and enjoy the park for the most part.

I love how each ride has their own robotic “voice” with their own theme. Like “we hope you enjoy your ride” or “thank you for riding and enjoy the rest of your day at Busch gardens” type thing I think they are called safety spiels I know they have em at Disney too

i love how you were screaming on Pantheon but still had it together enough to rotate the GoPro. You are going to love the scenery in the mountains at Dollywood and you'll love their steam train. It's an actual antique steam engine that once traveled own to town on a real railroad.

BGW is a very pretty park. I like how they're able to take rides that you can get in other parks but make the POV's nicer because of all of the details they add. I also like how even when it's "super crowded", it's never super crowded. And the fireworks shows are great.

BGW was my home park in the 80’s. So much has changed since then that it looks like a whole new park. I miss the Big Bad Wolf, but there is so much new to see.

I love Williamsburg. You get not only rides but Colonial times & the different countries to visit. I especially loved the dancing in Germany. We are not ride enthusiasts.

This is supposed to be a theme park, but with the music selection of stuff like Party in the USA, YMCA, Dancing Queen, and Dynamite, I'm pretty sure they think they're at a wedding 💀😂 And I love that Sam tells you the history of the rides you're walking past, him and his Expedition Theme Park channel has come a long way. He has such a wealth of knowledge for these attractions!

I live 15 minutes away from this park, and even though I can’t stand roller coasters, this may be one of the greatest parks in the world, and it is absolutely amazing! Fun fact: It has been voted the most beautiful theme park in the world for the past 31 consecutive years! 😁

Grew up going to BGW all the time. When Apollo’s Chariot opened in ‘99, Fabio was one of the first riders and got hit by a flying goose in the face.

I live right by the park and when I go to Germany to eat I love there mile high cake. Chocolate cake with whip cream icing that is frozen if you get there early and is a meal in its self. Glad you enjoyed our park please come on back.

I really loved watching this! The yellow flowers are Daffodils, the national flower of Wales (UK). I live in Wales and we have loads here at the moment....a true sign that spring has sprung. Enjoy the rest of your road trip guys and thanks for sharing with us all.

This is my favorite park outside of Disney World! I'm a Virginian and have season passes. I can't believe you didn't ride Nessie! I always head straight to it. You missed Griffon too but at least you got to Alpengeist which I've always thought was way underrated. 🙂

@@carlamangum3009 Thank you so much! I’m really looking forward to the move. Everyone seems really kind and welcoming and wish I could move tomorrow. The entire area is an adult playground - and I don’t mean just theme parks! I’ve started a list of everything I want to do and it will take me a couple of years to accomplish everything. I’m really looking forward to morning walks through Colonial Williamsburg, exploring all of the farms and farmer markets, visiting Alexandria at Christmas, exploring the Blue Ridge mountains, and I’ve started to bookmark all of the restaurants I want to try. I love history and have deep colonial roots in Virginia so I can’t wait to visit all of the historic sites and continue my genealogy work. Thank you for the recommendations. 💕

busch gardens is actually a very nice place , i’ve been there a couple of times , and i’m going this month on the 12th for my spring break , i’m sooo excited! (update!): i went and it was soooo funnn!! i got on pantheon , alpengeist , griffon , verbolten , and a lot more!! busch gardens is a very amazing place in my opinion!!

Glad to see you and Sam enjoying my home park. BGW is my favorite of the two Busch Gardens. I love the animals in Tampa but Williamsburg has the more beautiful park and will always be my favorite. You have to return during Christmas time. That park is so pretty and the Grand Illumination in Colonial Williamsburg is a must see too during that time.

My family has been going to BGW since the 1970s- it’s a gorgeous park when the trees and flowers are blooming! It’s still very early in the spring up north! It’s very hilly, unlike Florida!

First visits to theme parks and honestly first visits anywhere are so memorable! You and Sam are making unforgettable memories from this road trip! I've never been to Busch Gardens Williamsburg but now I'm going in the future and Verbolten and Pantheon are high on my list. I say this a lot but I love your footage of everything you vlog! I am so so happy that you guys were able to visit my local park! BGW has always been a favorite of mine because of so many things to do, whether I wanted to ride rides, see a show, or sample food. Verbolten is a personal favorite of mine, mainly because of how comfortable the seats are to me. Personally waiting for the summer time when the water rides open up.

This a beautiful park so many fun rides. Verboten was amazing. My son performed there for a season about 5 years ago. They have a lot of fun entertainment. It was so much fun there. I’m m so glad you were able to visit.

I love this video and reading all the comments, because this is my home park that I have visited for a while now, and I love seeing people enjoying it, and not only just the coasters, but all the scenery and just wait till you come back when everything is bloomed… also I live for verbolten reactions, and yours was perfect, I think it is a underrated coaster, it’s the closest ride I can go to that has that Disney feel to it!!

This is my home park and even though I d not been since well before the pandemic, it’s nice to see it again. I love seeing it through fresh eyes and those who haven’t seen it before. So glad you had a good time. I remember summers going three or four times. We’d start open to close and sleep on the way back home as someone drove.

I love seeing the different places you are going and what this trip will offer to all of us. I loved that they were still in the celebration theme of Saint Patrick’s Day. I had gone to Williamsburg a long time ago but, we visited the old fashioned town part where they had the candle light tours in the houses and horse carriage rides. Glad to know about this theme park.

yes!!!! this is my home park and while I love all of the coasters, my favorite thing about it has to be just how beautiful it is and taking in the scenery. its a place I would go just to hang out anytime. I like how you focused on that aspect as well! So glad you enjoyed it!!

I love Busch Gardens Williamsburg. That park has some very bittersweet memories for me and my family. We took a trip there last year, and it was awesome. A lot of stuff was still closed because of Covid, but it's one of my favorite parks. It was the last trip we took with my brother-in-law. He ended up coming down with Covid when we got home from that trip. My entire family did except for me. He passed away in July, and Verbolten was our last roller coaster together. I will cherish those memories forever. Watching this video brought back so many fond memories with him as he was my roller coaster buddy. I'm disabled, and it's hard for me to ride stuff by myself because I need help getting on and off. He was the one that always was like let's go, boy! Thank you so much for this video, Jackie. I am so happy you and Sam had an awesome time. It's an incredible place.

My dad and I were there on opening day of pantheon too! Pantheon was such a cool ride. I’ve been going to Busch since I was a kid, and it’s cool to see it get love from nonlocals
